regret, defeat, humiliation, and feeling unfulfilled.

And what do you do in your comfort zone?
Escape with food, chocolate, retail therapy, Netflix,
social media, or whatever helps you “feel better.” 

It’s a vicious cycle with awful consequences
that too many women get caught in.

It’s disappointing but so easy.
Easy because it’s what you’ve always done.

You want to achieve your goals
and live the life you dream about
but that vicious cycle repeats,
over and over again. 

What’s going on?

First, let me tell you
there’s nothing wrong with you.
In fact, you’re pretty normal.

Simply put,

A woman’s brain is intricate, complex, and wired to be connected to others and emotions.

Making you more prone to self-doubt, comparison, inner criticism, and paralyzing perfectionism.

But without an understanding of how to manage your brain, it continues to create and repeat that vicious cycle keeping you from being who you want to be and what you want to do (in other words, in your comfort zone).

That means that no matter what you do or how hard you try, long-term change is just not possible.
